No Refunds, Cancellation Policy
By engaging in this site via a service, either individual or packaged you are agreeing that you shall not engage in thievery against Lion Light Worker, Xavier Fyre or its subsidiaries, including chargebacks, payment reversals, and reposting of any work, written or otherwise, as your own.
You understand that by scheduling a session of any service, either individually or as a package that all payments must be made in full and agree to do so when choosing the session and the service to book.
You understand that by scheduling a session of any service, either individually or as a package, that if you need to cancel that you must provide a 48 hour window to do so.
You understand that there are no refunds for any product or service and will not ask for any refunds for whatever reason as doing so would be constituted as stealing. You understand that in terms of any service, you are allotted a certain amount of time to be late. That allotted time is no longer than 15 minutes. If you go over that allotted time or cancel within that 15 minute window, which will be disclosed to you via reminders you will receive before your session via email and/or text reminder alerts, without warning, that you forfeit your session and you will not be provided any refunds.
If you miss a service session even for an emergency, you will NOT be provided a refund but a reschedule or you may just forfeit the session in its entirety. Under no circumstances, for any reason will refunds be provided and you agree to this when utilizing our service or product.
If you miss a service session even for an emergency and gave the appropriate 48 hour notice, you will not be assessed an inconvenience fee. You may instead reschedule your appointment no further than 30 days out from the initially scheduled session. You have 30 days from the date of the initially scheduled session to make up for the missed appointment. If this is not possible due to a medical emergency, say you are in the hospital, Lions’ must be notified that this is the case so that other arrangements may be made.
If you miss a session due to a No Call/No Show or even a last minute cancellation you will be charged a 50% inconvenience fee. If the funds are unable to go through, we will provide you no longer than a one week grace period to pay the late fee. Any fees not paid after that seven day grace period which does include the weekend, legal and/or civil collection proceedings will be started.
You understand that in rescheduling that it is your sole responsibility to reschedule within the time period and that no reminders verbal, written, digital or even AI will be provided to you. Failure to reschedule within the required time provides forfeiture of the initially scheduled
session as well as makeup session and no refunds or future reschedules for that initial session shall be provided.
You understand that by failing to reschedule in the allotted time that if you miss the allotted rescheduling period that any new booking request constitutes as a fresh session and a fresh payment must be made and a fresh date must be chosen and that the same policies apply.
Consequences of Attempted Theft or Theft
You understand that by engaging with this site in any shape, form or fashion, which does include a purchase of any service individually or packaged that if you attempt to get the free advice or product for free via chargebacks, payment reversals or reposting or selling any of my work as your own, I reserve the right to press criminal charges not limited to: Theft of service, petty larceny, grand larceny, and/or any theft related charge found in your jurisdiction or mine, including any city, state or federal charges. I also reserve the right to come after you for all attorneys fees, court fees and any collection fees that I may incur due to coming after you for the above crimes either civilly and/or legally.
